Greg and Chris made buying a new car a very pleasant experience.. they did not pressure me in any way. Was very kind to put the 2 vehicles we were considering side by side for my comparison. Chris even had one of the vehicles freshly washed so we could get a good look at the color. I would use them again for any other new cars I would need.
Recently purchased my third vehicle from this dealership and I won't go anywhere else. Very professional sales and finance team. Purchasing a car from this dealership is a very pleasurable experience¿.
worked with Roger Gibbins on my new car purchase helpful with no pressure to make a quick decision kept me informed as car had to be ordered took time after formal purchase to explain all features and made sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle before I left the lot
Edited:SERVICE - The service writers may require more training. I had an issue and the Service Manager called me back, so I edited my review out of respect. I like that they are following up on things which is all you can do. The car was originally purchased here and the servicing seems to have been high quality. SALES- Sales made my purchase pretty quick and painless, although the salesmen couldn't provide maintance records to back up his claims, that several expensive parts were replaced. His claims were false and he eventually admitted to one of them. His other stories showed a lack of understanding. There were paintless dents that should have been removed since this is a premium Honda product coming from a Honda dealer. Seems the car wasn't fully detailed either. Used cars aren't a second rate item. Not everyone wants the new model, so the detail work should be completed the same as you would a late model lease return. The sales person allowed me to drive the car for a while without talking my ear off, which I greatly appreciate. With a high mileage car, I don't expect perfection, I just need to know what was done (on paper) and what it needs so I can plan accordingly. Not a lot of people will even look at a car with 140k on it, so just return the favor with some legit records. The car is a pretty high risk liability at this point, so show me it was maintained properly and thats all I can ask for. Lastly, dont tell me you spent 2000 dollars in repairs and try to pass that off to the customer. I know you factored that into the trade in value when you gave the customer less than half its book value.
I couldn't be happier with Sussex Honda. Always put their customers first to ensure they are happy with their purchases. Special thank you to Chris Romain for making this process nice and easy.
We purchased several cars from Gary Zinn at Sussex Honda. Recently, last October my older son bought a 2012 Toyota Camry and last night we just bought a 2013 Honda Acord. We are happy with our purchases. Gary is a good guy and has always been fair and willing to assist us. So yes I would recommend Gary and Sussex Honda. My cars are serviced there as well. They have a great service department too.
One of the things I hate the most is shopping for a new car . But after my experience at Sussex Honda, all that has changed . It was a good experience from start to finish . My salesman Chris was wonderful , not pushy at all . I wasn't sure if I wanted an Accord or a CR V . He had me test drive both and then answered all my questions . I have been driving a Honda Pilot for a long time and wanted something smaller . The CR V is just right . An overall great experience !
