During the past seven years, I have leased one CRV and purchased three- the last being in March 2019, from Sussex Honda. I have always been satisfied with the reliability and integrity of both the sales and service departments. The sales process is easy, efficient and fair. I come away feeling that they are working not just in their own best interest but also in mine. I bring my cars back to Sussex Honda for all service. All the representatives are friendly, I have found them to be fair in their pricing, and I have never felt that they oversell any service beyond what is called for. Dealerships like Sussex Honda are sometimes hard to come by - I fell good to have found them.
Mr Roger Gibbons assisted me in the search and purchase of my new Honda CR-V He was very friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of the CR-V I knew exactly how to work every gadget on the SUV before I left the lot. I reached out to a few Honda dealers and out of about five or six in the NJ area Sussex Honda had not only the best price but the best customer service. It was extremely easy to communicate with the team via email and over the phone to negotiate the deal before coming into the dealership. When I finally decided to go with Sussex Honda all I had to do was go in and sign the papers. I was in and out in under 2 hours with the exact model and color car that I wanted. The team was helpful and gave me a far better deal than any of the other dealerships I had been in contact with. At no point during the overall process was I ever pressured into purchasing a more expensive model or additional insurance. It was a great experience and am happy that I went with Sussex Honda.

My experience at Sussex Honda was perfect in every way. Many thanks to Gary and Cariene in the Sales Department! I knew I wanted a Honda Civic so I shopped around at a couple of dealers. I was treated well enough at other places, but didn’t receive details of my total costs up front. I didn’t, that is, until I came to Sussex Honda. I knew I was onto something good right from the start! First I dealt with Cariene as the Internet sales consultant. Where others wouldn’t come clean on my out the door cost, Cariene laid everything out for me clearly so I knew we were in the ballpark. Cariene then checked with her manager to help me make my most favorable deal. This was all before I even set foot on the lot! But the experience got even better after I did. Gary took over to complete the sale and not a stone was unturned as we reviewed all my options and the timing involved to get a swap in my color from a nearby dealer without delay. Gary also coordinated with my insurance company to arrange for my old 2001 Civic, which was declared a total loss due to extensive body damage, to be towed away from the Sussex Honda lot. All I had to do was drive to Sussex Honda in my old car to pick up my brand new 2019 cosmic blue Civic EX-L. No hassles and what a handsome car to call my own! Driving off with my new set of wheels felt so good knowing that Gary is at the ready to stand by the sale with any questions I may have. I was given the service department manager’s name as well so I have a direct line for servicing (with a free loaner car if I need to leave mine in the shop). Even Cariene, who got me started on this adventure, called me afterwards to congratulate me. If you’re interested in a Honda, you’d be well advised to pay Sussex Honda a visit!

What a wonderful surprise. I brought my pilot in for a recall and pull change. Not only did they provide the requested services expeditiously but they washed and vacuumed my pilot. Definately going back.
