This is my first buying experience at Sussex Honda. Not only were all the people I dealt with professional, they also were friendly , courteous, and patient. In particular, Chris Burd was exemplary. He kept in contact with me via texts and was able to get my car sooner than expected.
Fast professional service. Only had an oil change. I like that they always wash the car, but would like them to clean the inside of the windshield too. It’s difficult for me to reach.

Recently just bought a 2022 Civic hatchback and had the best experience! My family has bought several vehicles from Sussex Honda and always used Gary Zinn. He is top notch and did everything perfectly. I was looking for this specific car and there were none to be found. A few hours later he had found one that was still being built and got a hold of it for me. The car arrived weeks earlier than planned and I was extremely happy with the entire experience.
Dan in service is always helpful. I drive an hour just to come to Sussex Honda, great service, friendly and not over priced like other dealers. Oil change and multi point inspection took an hour 15 minutes and I was out of there. Can’t complain about that!

We are very pleased with how our service appointment went. We feel confident that a thorough inspection was performed on our vehicle, which revealed certain conditions that needed attention, such as our rear brake pads that had to be replaced. Our vehicle was ready earlier than we expected. Our service manager was friendly, courteous, and seemed to really care about our concerns.

Everything went well except that the next day my tire pressure light came on saying the pressure was low in my front two tires. I was told that my tires were great. Not sure if they even checked the tires, so I’m a little disappointed since that was part of the service.

We had the best experience with Gary at Sussex Honda! My 13 year old van finally died - and needing a car quickly, we called Honda of Sussex to see if they had anything on the lot. Ended up getting a beautiful 2022 brand new Passport. Gary and the entire team at Honda of Sussex were great to deal with. Their pricing was very fair also - so many dealerships are charging thousands over MSRP - not the case at Honda of Sussex!

Very happy with our Sussex Honda experience. Between setting up the deal for a new CR-V with Judy, finishing with Simon, have a tutorial with Luke, and completing the paperwork with Lou we barely spent an hour at the dealership. There was no hard sell on upgrades or sitting around waiting for whatever goes on behind closed doors. Overall decent experience with nice, personable people.
Loaner car is given if needed pending on individual need and they all will work with you to make sure the job get done right the first time

Friendly people for sure. They have a really nice showroom setup with nostalgic Honda vehicles. I made an appointment two-weeks ago for an oil change for 8pm. I arrived 5-10 minutes early and the service was great! Nice people! I was out by 9am
