Recently, I had the misfortune of having the airbag stolen out of my 2014 Honda CR-V. I live in the Bronx, but NO dealers in NY had the airbag I needed and they were backordered for months due to supply-chain issues. I just bought my 2023 HR-V. Everyone went as smooth as possible. HORRIBLE time to buy a car. EVERY HONDA DEALER in the area were up charging the vehicles by 2,000-4,000. It was pathetic. I dealt with Simon on day 1. Unfortunately paying MSRP is the sign of the times. BUT he confirmed I will NOT pay 1 penny more. His word is good. Called me immediately when a previous deal fell through with another customer. Instead of waiting till mid July for the HRV I ordered I jumped on this one. EXCELLENT experience.

I’ve done 3 vehicle leases here and just bought out my 19 Civic Sport lease. No matter who you deal with, whether sales or service, you always have a friendly representative. The sales consultants deal with you honestly and explain every step of the way. (Unlike Toyota World across the street). I would recommend them to anyone and the cars are high quality. I walked in without an appointment today as my car was making some loud noises. I am 200+ miles from home and wasn't comfortable driving the car not knowing what was wrong. Paul in Service got my car looked at by Technician Kevin. I need some work done however the parts were not available for many days. Everything was quite good except being coerced into taking a loan. I was told Sussex Honda would add $1,000 to the price of the new truck if I paid cash, as I intended to do. The reason I was given is that both the dealership and the local bank make money off of any loan. I consider this a "dealership game". Not appreciated by a repeat customer.
