Everything was done in a timely manner and explained to me when completed.

Took my 2018 Ridgeline there for a recall, brakes, broken driver side mirror switch, and broken Speedometer. They informed me of an extended warranty that was still active (I had forgotten about). I was expecting the worst! Pleasantly surprised that the only thing I had to pay for was the brakes. They even found a damaged caliper on the rear brakes and that was covered! The great thing about Honda is their customer service. Im a busy single working mom and they always provide me with a loaner car if I need repairs. It always gives me great comfort knowing I will be taken care of and it's one less thing I have to worry about.

Exceptional Service. Every warning light came on in my car. I called right before closing and Paul said, bring the car in first thing in the morning. Not from the area, I was worried I would be without a car... but when I showed up, Danny proceeded to make sure he explained exactly what was wrong, and that he was setting me up with a loaner vehicle. The team truly went above and beyond, and I will HAPPILY make the hour drive from NY again to be serviced.

On Monday, March 31st, 2025, my wife and I went to Sussex Honda in Newton, New Jersey to possibly look for a new or certified car to own. When we arrived at the dealership we met with sales representative Kaia outside. We told her of our interests and that we would like to test drive a Civic and Accord. Kaia was very helpful. Took her time and understood what we needed.

Went there to get wiper blades. The parts guy ( sorry I didn’t get his name) came outside to install the blades on my vehicle.

My engine light came on and when I took it to Sussex Honda they said it was from my catalytic converter. They reset the light and suggested using Cataclean fuel additive and my light never came back on! Spent 25 dollars for the bottle and saved a few thousand dollars on an otherwise expensive repair.


We purchased our car recently and worked with Kaia, she was very responsive, kind and informative. I was a bit on the fence because I was duped while buying my other car few ears ago but was pleasantly surprised by transparency of pricing.

Bought a Honda from Sussex Honda 5 years ago and always had excellent service. A year and a half ago bought from a different Honda dealer and wasn’t happy with their service. Always tried to sell more services and extremely slow service so I went back to Sussex today and will continue to have all work done there. Fast, courteous and friendly.

My car went in for a recall. Since I was due for an oil change that was getting done too. The gentleman at the desk used a coupon so it cost less than Express Line. I dropped it off at noon and it was ready before 2 pm. They could have provided a loaner but I had someone pick me up. My car was done and cleaner than when it was dropped off. I hadn't had time to get to the car wash. Thank you, Honda! 😁
