I purchased a new vehicle from Sussex Honda in Aug 2026 and found the team at the dealership very knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonable. However, their response to an unforeseen challenge with the vehicle revealed their stellar performance in my book. I was prepared to battle with the dealership to address a problem, but the Sales Manager offered a profound apology (note that the issue was unrelated to anything the dealership did) and a solution which was the best option for me. Within a matter of a few days, the problem was fully resolved and I walked away very satisfied. This dealership is a winner!

I love the staff here. Very kind and communicative maintenance team and every time I buy a new car I shop here because the team is genuine and doesn’t upset me with the sort of icky hard sell bs that many dealerships are known for. Sussex is my spot.

I researched the vehicle I was interested for nearly a year before preparing to purchase. I was confident I would have my pick of vehicles when the time came but that was not the case. I had specific year, trim and mileage/condition in mind and landed at Sussex Honda. From the moment I clicked the little send me info box to closing, my product consultant Judy was professional, friendly and efficient every step of the way. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase and like the sale actually mattered to Judy and the dealership. No fast talking, no hidden add ons or fees and they were able to help me get a lot of paperwork ready beforehand so we were well-prepared for the closing. Simon was filling in for the finance specialist and stayed late to finish my paperwork. He was really personable and friendly too - if he isnt making dealership TikToks he should be because he is hilarious! He was well versed in the paperwork and was able to explain eveeything to me quickly and efficiently. I will be back! But hopefully not for another 10 years, which is how long I had my last Honda. Highly recommend!

If I could give the Dealership a 10, I would. We live at the Jersey Shore and was vacationing in Hawley PA. Saturday morning my battery in my 2022 honda accord car died. Luckily we had a jump pack and started it. Then we called Matt Burne Honda in Scranton, PA. Talked to a virtual,couldn't speak to a "person". Drove 40 miles only to be told they wouldn't help us. They were busy. 👎 So, I called Sussex Honda. And, they couldn't have been more helpful over the phone. Told us to bring the car in and they would help us. We drove 42 miles back into Jersey. We had one heck of a morning. When we arrived everyone we spoke to were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The mechanic looked over our vehicle and found it was only the battery we needed. And we were good to go. I highly recommend Sussex Honda.#1 👍

The service of both my saleswoman Judy, and the finance guy Chris, was absolutely outstanding. I had to deal with issues regarding credit the frankly confused everyone, and they were nothing but patient and helpful. The whole atmosphere seemed to be very welcoming and gave a positive work atmosphere, which I believe helps everyone’s customer service and definitely made me feel comfortable during a very chaotic process (that wasn’t their fault).

Time to get my 2020 Honda CRV exl serviced for the first time, so I called Sussex Honda, spoke to Donna and she listened to my service items, including an open recall. Donna provided a loaner while they serviced my vehicle. All went well, they completed the work in the same day, and my Service Advisor, Dan Bronson, kept me informed, explained what work was necessary, and some that wasn't. A great experience, no hard upsell, and I'm very satisfied. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been a longtime customer at Sussex Honda and have had a consistently excellent experience at the service center . It’s such a relief to work with knowledgeable, professional staff who are honest and trustworthy. When you have to rely on someone else’s opinion of whether or not a service, a new part, or replacement is needed, these guys have earned my trust. There are plenty of times they said I didn’t need something I thought I might, that a service was simpler than expected so it was less money or free (yes, FREE!). So when they say something is needed, I believe them and pull out my credit card without suspicion. It’s a great relationship.

I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and no B.S– you need to buy a car from Chris. He’s the best
