Time to get my 2020 Honda CRV exl serviced for the first time, so I called Sussex Honda, spoke to Donna and she listened to my service items, including an open recall. Donna provided a loaner while they serviced my vehicle. All went well, they completed the work in the same day, and my Service Advisor, Dan Bronson, kept me informed, explained what work was necessary, and some that wasn't. A great experience, no hard upsell, and I'm very satisfied. Highly recommend!!

Sussex Honda services my car for oil changes and other maintenance. They are convenient and timely. Its easy to get appointments and everyone is very pleasant and friendly
Always great service. They do get backed up sometimes but always do their best to get you on your way.
Sussex Honda has a wonderful service department. The ability to also have a free loaner car available a major plus. Service and loaner are why I stuck with Honda and bought my 2025 here. My third Honda!!!

Our new 2025 Ridgeline had an intermittent “blind spot detection problem see dealer” error showing up on our dashboard.
The dealership we purchased it from kinda blew us off because they couldn’t immediately get it to come up and no codes were being thrown.
It came on again on our way home and we decided to swing into Sussex Honda.

Overall, the service here is good, but why does it take 2 hours to get an oil change?

I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation.
I called around to 3 other auto mechanics for pricing and by surprise Honda was the least expensive. Once I got there, Daniel, service department specialist, was attentive to my questions and clear about what work was to be done. He did say that I was up for my transition fluid to be changed. He said it was recommended to change it every 30,000 miles. My car is at
42,000 miles.

Always quick and easy experience with any recall issues.
Great service. I was afraid my bill for fixing the heater on our Honda Odyssey was going to be very expensive. Danny put as at ease, the repair was quick but they triple checked the van before returning it to us. The bill was under $200 and they washed the van. Very happy will recommend Sussex Honda.

Good group of sales staff (Judy is great and very personable.) - service staff is equally as cool and they even installed an upgraded undertray for my Type R free of charge with an oil change which would never happen as easily at any other dealership I've dealt with.

NIGHTMARE. Still waiting for my registration from them after 5 weeks. Gave me a DIRTY loaner car with a half a tank of gas (I guess because it was an EV it was suppose to last) Had to scream to get the car they sold me cleaned. Just a horrendous experience. Now I can't wait for the service department. HELP ME!!!

i had such a lovely experience! Kaia helped us from the very beginning and was so kind. every other employee was also kind and helpful. i felt like they genuinely cared about finding something perfect for me. i left with a beautiful vehicle from here all thanks to the sussex honda!
The service department was very convenient. Months ago it took them like 10 minutes to fix a headlight and recently it took them like 20 to fix my high beam lights. Will be back again if something happens to my car.
