Monday morning oil change and tire rotation and they were able to tell me when my last trans fluid (CVT) which was done at another dealer and it was due. they looked on carfax to confirm the miles since.. they do try to sell the other maintenance items but usually is because your vehicle is do for it, and always check specials on web site but they will tell you if it is a soecial. ok
Service department is the greatest in the area. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff. We not only go there for oil changes (which are very reasonably priced) but for all maintenance - big or small. We have never had any issues with their work!

Great Service. Very professional. took my car for maintenance and it was done within an hour. I thought it would take at least 2-3 hours, since the dealer where I got my car originally takes an hour for an oil change, and this time it required more than that. Also big difference in price (saved about 200 dollars) compared to the original honda dealer in route 23. Very happy with Sussex Honda

I have just leased my 6th Honda from Sussex Honda and each time was a good experience. The first five I dealt with the same salesman, Gary Zinn, but this time it was with a different one because the former had moved south. My new rep was Christopher Burd and he was as pleasant to work with as Gary! I had wanted to upgrade to CR-V EX-L and was specific about the color, so they had to search for one. I went into Sussex Honda for an oil change. They changed my oil and let me know a brake light was out. They changed that and my wiper blade. They offered me bottled water and snacks while I waited in their TV lounge. Very happy with the service.

I tried to make an appointment for Sussex Honda service online, but the website didn’t work: I filled out the forms to register, but then the website wouldn’t advance to available times — it returned to the home page and had me register again; after a couple cycles of this, I gave up. It was evening and I couldn’t call for an appointment. So I just showed up for an oil change, was warned by the service writer that wait time would be 90-120 minutes, which was just about right.
